THOTCON (pronounced \ˈthȯt\ and taken from THree - One - Two) is a hac
king conference based in Chicago IL, USA. This is a non-profit, non-commercial e
vent looking to provide the best conference possible on a very limited budget. 

THOTCON 0xC will be held in Chicago, IL on May 19th and 20th, 2023.

It will be held at a location only to be disclosed to attendees and speakers dur
ing the week before the event.

 - This is where the full-length talks are located.

 - North Shore Radio Club will be conducting Amatuer Radio on Saturday May 20th 
   from 10am till 2pm.
 - Be prepared to pay a $15 cash fee for the exam and show a Gov't photo ID.
 - Candidates who pass their first exam may take the subsequent exam without pa
   ying an additional fee, up to 3 licenses can be earned with the $15 fee. 
 - After the exam, newly licensed candidates will be sent an email from the FCC
   to pay a $35 licensing fee.
